Incumbent would be responsible for drafting, negotiating, reviewing and managing vendor contracts hence should be able to
Review a wide variety of contracts including , SOWs, Quotes, terms and conditions, master services agreements etc.
Draft appropriate red lines for contracts in keeping with company’s risk and commercial tolerances
Assist internal clients in negotiating contracts with outside parties
Understand, implement and follow the organization’s contracting process
Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports, and other information
Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties
Understand the broader contract workflow process and be able to assist clients and vendor representatives on how to get a contract requested, approved, and signed
Reorganize contract storage according to direction given and make recommendations for improvement.
With instruction, generate various reports from contract data databases, upon request.
Assist in projects related to contract workflow, storage, and data.
Draft review and negotiate Vendor Contracts in line with the company’s vendor onboarding framework.
Review and advise on Real estate agreements, Terms and conditions of Sale & Purchase of Goods/Services and any and all adhoc contracts.
Provide Pre-litigation support by assisting in legal filings, coordinating with government authorities etc.

Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable Indian university (Preferably from Tier1 Institutes)
A minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience in contracting
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time and deadlines efficiently
Keen attention to detail and a willingness and appetite for learning
Should be able to properly handle confidential information with discretion
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work with minimum supervision and independently manage clients and stakeholders
