Responsibilities

  • Delivers tactical anti-counterfeit investigation management to contracted investigation service providers in accordance with HP investigation guidelines and relevant in-country law
  • Manages and supervises anti-counterfeit investigations conducted by contracted investigation service providers in priority countries throughout South-East Asia
  • Provides support as directed in areas of anti-counterfeit and brand protection investigations
  • Maintains case management reporting database and metrics
  • Manages budgets and investigation service providers under supervision of region or program leadership
  • Maintains liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals
  • Maintains data and utilizes performance intelligence to assess program ROI, calibrate direction and demonstrate value to clients
  • Liaison with HP internal business colleagues and stakeholders

Education And Experience Required

  • University degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
  • Typically, 5+ years’ security experience, including a mix of law enforcement, military, intelligence and/or corporate experience
  • Familiarity with anti-corruption strategies, including US Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and UK Bribery Act
  • Corporate experience and budget management is desirable
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

  • Experience of conducting / managing brand protection investigations
  • Sound, ethical judgment
  • Ability to use case management systems and applications
  • Analytical skills – ability to resolve complex investigation challenges and customize, implement/execute innovative processes and solutions
  • Demonstrates ability to perform under pressure in complex situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including presentation and reporting
  • Knowledge of criminal and civil procedure as it relates to evidence, privacy, interviewing
  • Stakeholder relationship skills
  • Established range of professional contacts
