Starbucks India, a 50:50 Joint Venture between Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks Coffee Company and currently having presence in 8 cities with over 125 stores through a network of over 1,800+ passionate partners is looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Legal for their Mumbai Office.
Purpose and Scope of position:
To support closure of legal documentation required for the company
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Draft leave and license / lease agreement/ property related documentation
Prepare vendor related drafts/ contracts/ agreement
Prepare/draft any legal documentation required for the company
Co-ordinate with law firms for conducting due diligence
Handle and co-ordinate with cross functions within the company for completion of legal documentation
Assist the Manager-Legal in roles and responsibilities with the Legal function
Track/prepare report of the legal data
Update the status/ report on internal legal system
Support consolidation of data required for legal department
Collaborate with other legal team members in closing legal related assignments
External Competencies
Summary of Experience & Education:
Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in Property law
Education: L.L.B (Candidates who have graduated from Government Law College or top 3 law colleges should be given priority)
