  • Assistant Manager – Legal

Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

  • Duties and Responsibilities – Duties and Responsibilities
  • Empanel and coordinate with local lawyers maintain relationships.
  • Maintaining Legal MIS of against litigations cost and transactions.
  • Implement alternative dispute resolution methods.
  • Maintain record for Compliance and Audit.
  • Depending on the capability and performance of the candidate the job holder will assist other senior officers in the team.
  • Provide all requisite assistance to FCU Collections Team & other Cross Function Teams
  • Drafting of replies to notices received from Law Enforcement Agencies Statutory / Regulatory Bodies etc.
  • Drafting & vetting of notices & litigation documentation. Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Should be a Law graduate.
  • 2or 3 years PQE preferably in Finance Industry.
  • Experience in handling Civil Criminal Consumer matters & fair understanding of handling Insolvency matters.
