Navi Technologies (erstwhile known as BACQ) is founded by Sachin Bansal & Ankit Agarwal to build consumer-centric and technology-driven businesses in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) space.
Responsibilities
- Advising on fund raising activities to support the business of Navi, including negotiating and facilitating execution of contracts.
- Advising on structuring and regulatory aspects of fund raising.
- Advising on a wide variety of investments across sectors, including negotiating and facilitating execution of contracts.
- Reviewing, negotiating and facilitating execution of commercial contracts.
- Providing transaction advisory support for Navi’s strategic investments and managing such deals end-to-end.
- Liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognised university.
- Between 1-2 years of relevant Post Qualified Experience.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Experience working with a banking and finance/ securitisation practice at a corporate law firm is preferred.
- The candidate should be able to work independently and exercise sound and practical judgement.
