- Guarantee the proper information flow from the controlled companies to STS with respect to Corporate matters.
- Contribute to the coordination and supervision over the activity of corporate bodies of the Company’s controlled companies.
- Ensure a legal support to all current finance transactions of the Company’s Group
- Ensure the implementation of the Company Register of Insiders
- Contribute to the proper and timely performance of the Company regulatory and legislative obligations Respect of the planned due dates(in terms of compliance with Italian laws and regulation requirements)
- Quality and accuracy of the outcomes (in terms of compliance with Italian laws and regulation requirements)
