Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in law (LL. B) from a reputed University in India or Abroad
- Experience of drafting, reviewing, negotiating and handling contracts
- Sound understanding of general commercial principles and industry practices
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to work logically and methodically, spot trends, understand business processes and raise issues appropriately
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Excellent teammate with a pro-active demeanor in driving issues through to conclusion
- Ability to handle time efficiently, prioritize workload, multi-task and work to with timelines
- Flexibility is required
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communicator in English
- Reliable and able to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail is essential
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Good IT skills, especially in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other databases
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in contract management including drafting, review and negotiation of NDAs, evaluation agreements (limited use licenses) and purchase agreements
- Experience of work in-house in the semiconductor industry or similar high-tech business will be favorably viewed
- Experience in facilitating legal trainings
- Experience in working across cultures and time zones
- Willingness to contribute in DEI activities
