What will you do every day?
- Drafting and Vetting Agreements, Addendums, Notices, Termination Letters, POA, Affidavits
- Discussion and Negotiation with internal and external parties
Must Have –
- LLB is mandatory, preferred if CS qualified
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Good Drafting and Negotiation skills
- Possesses good knowledge of Contact Act
- Good Communications both verbal and written
