  • Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements and vendor agreements, such as master services agreements, IT agreements, consulting agreements, software license agreements, SAS agreements, contract labor agreements, property lease agreements, letters of intent, NDA’s and other agreements as needed.
  • Primarily responsible for contract compliance and tracking.
  • Prepare various reports on contract risk and legal team SLAs.
  • Provide sound legal and compliance support to the business stakeholders, identify and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues to safeguard the Company.
  • Contribute to process improvements ideas and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Seek out opportunities for quicker turnaround time.
  • Manage and utilize contract management solution to capture key contract terms and business terms.
  • Support other legal projects and other additional responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a contract review attorney.
  • LLB in any specialization/LLM preferred.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience, with some law firm experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with demonstrated experience effectively working with and influencing senior-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent and professional command of the English language in a written and verbal capacity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, operate with a high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues and external clients.
