What you will be doing
- Assisting the legal head in transactions for acquisition of hotels
- Assisting in day to day legal operations of hotels, including vendor/service provider agreements
- Liaising with the compliance team for statutory compliances
- Liaising with the litigation team for disputes
- Liaising with the secretarial team for secretarial compliances
What are we looking for
- Minimum 1-3 years of PQE relevant professional experience in M&A transactions, Corporate Law
- Relevant experience in law firms, individual practitioner or industry
- Willing to work in Hybrid environment
- Education background – LLB
