What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the Head of Legal in the assessment and management of NGG legal affairs focusing on commercial andcontractual matters;
  • Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents with a focus on distribution agreements and general purchase terms and conditions, shop-in-shops, agencies and business brokers, commercial collaborations, supply and procurement contracts;
  • Provide legal support for logistic activities with a focus on logistics and related service contracts, loan for use of logistics equipment, tenders and transport contracts;
  • Negotiate and draft a wide range of marketing contracts with a focus on events (fashion agency, photographers, models and stylist contracts) and more in general legal support for marketing and digital marketing activities (including marketing partnership agreements);
  • Manage the development and implementation on all NGG business request;
  • Provide timely governance information;
  • Communicate and collaborate with external counsels if required;
  • Support other members of the legal team as needed;
  • Constantly interact with Parent Company legal referents;

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in a similar role preferably in the fashion industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in law is required a master’s is a plus
  • Being a qualified lawyer is preferred
  • Previous experience in a law firm is preferred
  • Significant experience in a complex commercial deal with a business mindset
  • Significant experience in drafting and leading negotiations on complex commercial agreements
  • Fluent in legal and business English written and spoken is a must: this will be tested in the interview process
  • Strong sense of integrity and highly confidential
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
