Fashion TV, an international fashion and lifestyle broadcasting television channel. Fashion TV caters to various divisions such as F Salon, F Spa, F Caf©, F Club, F Lounges, F Gym, F Bar, F Grooming Schools, Fashion Academy, etc. is looking to hire a Legal Executive for their Mumbai Office.
Have good knowledge of drafting Agreements, LOI, MOU, Lease Agreements, reply to notices & others, etc
Attending disputes, court matters – litigation & Non-litigation
Look from all the legal aspects of the Company
Legal compliance for different verticals
Required Candidate Profile:
Looking for preferably female candidates who can join us on an immediate basis.
LLB or relevant degree.
At least 3 years work exp in similar verticals
