Conduct pre-litigation due diligence work.
Conduct, attend inspection of documents.
Attending all matters of the company before court of law.
Maintaining database of Day-to- day Hearing status in Pending/Disposed matters of the organization.
Vetting, Pleadings drafted by Advocates on Record, suggesting appropriate averments to AOR if missed out in the pleading.
Drafting reply to Notice/Summons issued by Competent Authorities and satisfying queries of Investigation Officer.
Drafting Complaint under section of Copyright Act, Indian Penal Code, etc against entities/ persons infringing organization copyright.
Drafting Notice, Reply to various parties on behalf of the organization and its various internal verticals and sister companies.
Drafting opinion and advising Business and cross-functional project teams with regard to potential legal risks ensure compliance with applicable laws & regulatory framework across all aspects of business.
Drafting, Vetting and Negotiating of Agreements of the company
