CORD aims to facilitate fast, secure, and cost-effective dispute resolution by: – Providing a platform for easy access to the dispute resolution – Making the resolution process unbiased and transparent while maintaining the confidentiality – Ensuring the availability of trained legal and technical professionals throughout the proceedings

Responsibilities for a case: 

  • Corresponding with the stakeholders over email, phone etc.
  • Providing quotes to clients and negotiating
  • Assigning Transcribers to a hearing and provide links and accesses
  • Reviewing the transcripts as per the set guidelines
  • Liaising with the parties to gather and provide relevant information
  • Formatting the transcript and submitting on the day of the hearing
  • Dealing with transcriber queries
  • Maintaining the transcripts
  • Managing hearings calendar
  • Updating the database as the case progresses
  • Issuing Invoices and tracking

Strategic Responsibilities 

  • Building and managing the panel of transcribers
  • Explore opportunities to provide transcription services to wider audience in legal space


  • Basic Understanding of Legal processes and terminologies
  • Experience as a transcriber
  • Adherence to and setting high quality standards
  • Being open to challenges of a start-up
  • Flexible working based on the requirements
