Role & Responsibility
1. Handling all corporate legal procedures including:
- Compliance issues
- In house counsel
- SAT/NCLT/High court matters
- Liaoning with lawyer and government authorities for legal matters
- Draft/vet all agreements and regulate the deals in an organized manner
- Create an organizational approach towards legal matters
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if and when arises
- Execute necessary precautions and measures with a specific end goal to shield the organization from any legal risks
- Implementing Legal Contract Management software
- Guide organization in handling work related data privacy law ( as and when come)
- Help company in inquiry/ investigations.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Corporate Attorney, Corporate Lawyer or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws, SEBI Laws including Companies Act
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to brief the senior counsel
- Outstanding drafting skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work individually
Educational Qualification
LLB/LLM (CS will be an added qualification)
