Support the President and Business Units
Prepare, review and negotiate sales contracts, inbound vendor contracts, and NDAs to appropriately address financial, data privacy, intellectual property and other risks
Maintain contract database and legal records
Work with Sales and Finance to construct complex pricing plans for different services and address ad hoc legal questions
Draft compensation plans for sales personnel
