Job Responsibilities:

managing a large variety and volume of commercial agreements,

structure, draft and negotiate complex agreements including commercial, product development, SaaS licensing, and vendor services, across geographies and time zones.

Past experience on providing counsel and advice on employment related matters and cover all required legal and compliance issues on employment matters and other local rules and updates relevant to the business.

providing creative, and business-oriented solutions as part of contract review and negotiations, project proposals/solicitations by solutioning/presales teams, statement of works, schedules.

managing revenue contracts and related documents during RFP/RFI tenders for technology products and services.

providing legal support to customers and teams based in (EMEA, APAC and EU) with knowledge of contract practices and laws in these regions.
