Legal Job Opening: Paralegal/Legal Administrative Coordinator at Imaging Endpoints, Hyderabad

This position will be located in Imaging Endpoints’ Hyderabad, India Office. The Paralegal/Legal Administrative Coordinator will fulfill the following Job Responsibilities, and possess the following Education, Experience, Skills, and Attributes.


Draft and assist in finalizing Master Service Agreements, Letters of Intent, Work Orders, and Change Orders.

Draft and assist in finalize confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, vendor contracts, and other contracts required by IE’ business.

Track status of contract documents to ensure finalization.

Follow standards across the contracting process, including contract language, agreement naming consistency, templates, payment terms, and communication/presentation.

Coordinate organization of contracts and legal documents.

Perform other duties as assigned by the VP General Counsel, including but not limited to oversight of calendar and managing daily workflow of VP General Counsel; responding quickly to changing priorities.

Attend meetings with VP General Counsel, understand the business, create minutes with “to do” lists and facilitate follow up;

Maintain highly confidential documents and files for VP General Counsel.

Coordinate people and technology resources and oversee complex projects.

Serve as liaison between the information technology department, legal department, and human resources department.

Coordinate preservation of data for legal holds associated with claims, litigation and investigations. Assist in handling preservation procedures.

Optimize records management policies, guidelines and retention schedules to comply with legal, regulatory and administrative requirements.

Supervise periodic auditing of record retention policies and facilitation of training users on records management applications and databases.

Manage workload and resource allocation to ensure all deadlines for processing are met.

Provide regular status reporting with performance metrics.

Complete assigned annual goals and objectives.

Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes.

Prepare legal documents such as first draft contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, stock certificates and other securities, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by VP General Counsel.

Maintain document files.

Direct and coordinate activities related to organizing and document signing for domestic and international corporate and banking formalities.

Maintain patent, trademark, and intellectual property files.

Manage, track and facilitate processing of customer and third-party contracts and files,

Track and coordinate diligence and anti-bribery training for all third-party vendors

Redline and proof-reading agreements and other document clean-up, prepare mailings.

Assist VP General Counsel with tracking of all legal invoices.

Attend meetings and capture substantive issues and action items for the team follow – up.

Calendar meetings or conference calls.

Handle travel and/or meeting arrangements, to include expense reports.

Handle general administrative duties as needed.

Perform other clerical duties such as coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail.

File correspondence and legal documents in office filing system.

Ensure proper indexing and filing of original legal documents.

Maintain contract and contractor/vendor/consultant status databases.

Understand the attorney/client relationship including the need for confidentiality and discretion.


Bachelor’s degree or five to eight years of applicable experience performing complex and varied legal tasks as well as legal administrative tasks as paralegal and legal administrator.
