Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions

Litigation and contract / agreement management

  • Receive and respond to customer grievance emails/ letters
  • Coordinate with lawyers and draft ABIBL’s point of view on legal notices received, for presentation to the court/ other judicial bodies
  • Draft and vet all internal and external legal communications like consumer complaint reports, regulatory disclosures, service contracts , agreements and employee communications which have legal implications
  • Define and design standardized templates for contracts and agreements like – Service Level Agreements with insurers/parties etc , forms for new vendor empanelment.
  • Execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements with clients for Non-Group Vertical and supporting other requirements during tender submission
  • Monitor and track all agreements which are nearing expiry, and check with clients for renewal
  • Customer complaints – ensuring effective and timely response is being to customer complaints and monitoring of same for making relevant process changes wherever required
  • Support clients and vendors in vetting and drafting agreement of services

Regulatory Risk Management

  • Coordinate with the business heads to ensure completion of compliance certificates for their respective functions quarterly
  • Coordinate with regulators and respond to their queries pertaining to ABIBL and its operations
  • Timely submission of all IRDAI filings on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis
  • Ensuring the compliance of Advertisement Regulations and periodical filings of advertisements with IRDAI
