Meet the Speakers
Prof. Dr. Avinash Dadhich
Prof. Dadhich is distinguished for his academic and professional achievements in competition law, AI and robotics law, internet governance, and data privacy. With a legal foundation from the University of Delhi, he furthered his studies with a Ph.D. from the UK and an LL.M from France, both on full scholarships. His diverse experience spans roles such as Dean at GLA University and IFIM Law School, Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, and positions within Deloitte India and Ernst & Young, among others. Prof. Dadhich has also contributed globally, presenting at numerous international forums and being recognized as an Antitrust Fellow by the U.S. Department of State.
Prof. Dr. Apoorvi Shrivastava
Prof. Shrivastava serves as an Associate Professor and PG Program Chairperson at Manipal Law School, MAHE Bengaluru. With a background from NALSAR Hyderabad and a Ph.D. from NLU Jodhpur, her expertise lies in international commercial arbitration, corporate governance, and sustainable practices. Recognized as a certified arbitrator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitration London, she has made significant contributions through her book “Sustainable Boardroom- Democratising Governance and Technology for Society and Economy” and research in public policy’s role in international labour arbitration. Dr. Shrivastava’s work emphasizes sustainable growth and effective conflict management, aiming to influence positive change in the legal field.
