Any law student or a law graduate willing to appear for Judicial Services Exams in India can apply for this scholarship test.

NEST will be an Online MCQ based Test. The total duration of the test will be one hour. You will have to answer 50 multiple choice questions carrying 2 marks each. There will be a negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer.

Nest 2020 Syllabus Consists of 5 Subjects.

1. Constitution of India
2. Indian Contract Act
3. Civil Procedure Code
4. Indian Penal Code
5. Code of Criminal Procedure

10 questions will be asked from each subject.

NEST has to be taken online. The test will be conducted live on www.rostrumLegal.com on 17 July 2021 from 6 to 7 PM. You will receive the test access link one day before the exam.

You can see your marks immediately after test submission. A list of all the winners will be released on 18 July 2021 at 3 PM on www.rostrumlegal.com/nest
