Transfer of property is a specific kind of contract which deals with transfer inter vivos. Various modes of transferring the property are: sale, mortgage, lease, exchange, gift and actionable claim. After completion of one week Live Lectures you will be given a link to an online test that can be completed within 3 days. The duration of the examination will be 1 hour, it shall consist of 50 multiple choice questions of 2 marks each.

Shishir Shrivastava is a Masters of Law in Constitutional Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala, Punjab. He is an advocate with 5 years of experience in litigation at the District and Sessions Court of Raipur (CG). He also runs his own Institute for the preparation of Civil Judge Examination in Raipur, Chhattisgarh and has more than 2 years of experience in training aspirants for the preparation of civil judge competitive examination.
